Room allocation is based on availability. Specific floor requests cannot be confirmed prior to check-in.
All guests, including children (both Indian and foreign nationals), must present valid photo identification upon check-in. Please note that PAN cards are not considered valid forms of photo identification for hotel/resort check-ins.
100% of the tariff payment in advance to be made during reservation.
A 3% service charge on food per room per night will be collected at the property during guest checkout, in support of community development initiatives and staff welfare. Applicable GST will be charged on this service charge.
The resort reserves the right to offer a buffet or a TDH/A la carte menu at its discretion.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Swimming is permitted from dawn to dusk. Glassware, coolers, drinks, and food are not allowed in the pool area. Diving is prohibited for guest safety, as per government regulations.
Check-in time is until 7:00 PM. Bookings will be canceled after this time, classified as a no-show.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted in public areas.
WaterWoods is located in an Eco-Sensitive Zone with noise restrictions enforced by the Forest Department. Please maintain low noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Groups wishing to socialize after 10:00 PM will be relocated to a designated area with limited services and a bonfire.
The management is not liable for any incidents or accidents during your stay. We encourage responsible holidaying.
Online payment fees will be charged for cancellations within the cancellation period eligible for a refund.
Mesh doors/doors should be kept closed at all times to prevent insects from entering the rooms.
Cancellation charges of 20% will be applied for bookings made through Google Hotel Ads and TripAdvisor.
Child Policy (Mandatory)
Children up to 5 years old stay complimentary when sharing their parents’ room without an extra mattress.
Child charges apply for children aged 6 to 12 years.
Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults, and extra adult charges will apply.
Identity proof is mandatory.
Children below 5 years of age are not allowed on safaris.
